Road construction - SUPERSOIL – creating a new forest road in the mountains

The SUPERSOIL is a big crusher that is able to grind rocks and mix soil for stabilization on road construction projects. In this video the machine is shown in a new forest road construction project. The rock that is available is used to form terraces. The big rocks are crushed into a coarse gravel which is ideal as structural layer. In a second step the upper layer is crushed to a finer grade to achieve a smoother surface. Depending on the type of rock and soil found on site, additives can enhance the properties of the overall cross sectional strength.
